Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility
Practice with world renowned teacher Sotantar. Kundalini yoga combines yoga postures with breathing techniques. An integrated system of exercise, breath, control, and meditation. It is safe, comprehensive, and simple. All levels welcome. Class ends with a relaxing gong immersion and communitea. Attend in person or zoom
